We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. Our 30-Day Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If your jewellery arrives imperfect, we will make it right.

• Plating Integrity: Significant fading or tarnishing within 30 days of proper use.
• Stone Setting: Gemstones that fall out due to loose settings (without impact).
• Functional Mechanisms: Faulty clasps, locks, or earring posts upon arrival.

⚠️ Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

To ensure fairness, this warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper care.

• Physical Damage: Breakage due to pulling, tugging, or crushing (e.g., snapped chains).
• Water & Chemical Damage: Discoloration from exposure to perfumes, lotions, sweat, or water.
• Accidental Loss: Items lost or stolen after successful delivery.
