At Antariksha.co, we are committed to delivering your 925 Sterling Silver jewellery safely and on time. We currently ship exclusively within India.

1. Processing Time

We value your time. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during festivals or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

While we use reputable courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or public emergencies are beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your unique tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment in real time.

5. Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, including the pin code and mobile number, is complete and accurate. Antariksha.co is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Our courier partners will typically make three attempts to deliver the package. If the delivery fails after these attempts due to the recipient being unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, a re-shipment fee may apply to send the order again.

6. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship to addresses within India only.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that a package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. Once the courier partner confirms the loss, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement item at no extra cost to you.
