This website is operated by Antariksha.co. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Antariksha.co. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

3. Products and Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Slight variations in weight or dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the jewelry.

4. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Payment Terms

We accept prepaid orders only. Payments can be made via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets through our secure payment gateway.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services at this time. All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within India. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3 to 7 business days.

Antariksha.co is responsible for the product until it is delivered to your specified address. In the case of lost shipments confirmed by the courier, we will process a refund or replacement.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact. Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy page for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Antariksha.co. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Antariksha.co, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made there under, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided below:

We will acknowledge all grievances within 48 hours and work to resolve them within 30 days.
